Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

• To initiate a return, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused, unopened, and resalable condition.

Conditions for Return

• Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations, particularly for beauty and health products.

• Items purchased as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Gift cards, promotional items, and samples are non-refundable.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

3. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Ship the item to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
